XIAOYUE DAI, Ed.M.
Training Facilitator and Research Coordinator
Harvard Graduate School of Education
Xiaoyue Dai is a childhood researcher with a passion for facilitating high-quality interactions between children and the people around them. Her experience spans from research to teacher education. Xiaoyue is continuously inspired by the chemistry people create during interactions and is intrigued by how to enhance the quality of these interactions based on their existing practices. She currently works as a research coordinator at the Developmental Interactions Lab, where she focuses on examining the quality of relationships between young children and their caregivers, as well as in-service teacher training with an emphasis on interaction. Xiaoyue graduated with a B.S. in Childhood Education and Childhood Special Education from New York University and an Ed. M. in Human Development and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. In her free time, Xiaoyue can be spotted at local farmer's markets, swimming pools, libraries, and in her own kitchen.
