XIA (IVONNE) NING

Xia (Ivonne) Ning is the deputy director of China Welfare Institute Development Research Center, Soong Ching Ling Child Development Center, China Welfare Institute Teacher Education Development Center, Council member of Shanghai Care for the Next Generation, member of Shanghai Family Education Research Association. She became involved in developing Simple Interactions work for early childhood setting in China and has led multiple initiatives in low-resource, rural communities. She also serves as trainer for the "National Training Program" of the Ministry of Education. She has coached many municipal kindergartens and provided child psychological and behavioral support instructor of many primary schools. She actively works with parents.
